Get help reviewing contractor messages, organizing questions, and preparing clear responses so you spend less time trying to sort things out on your own. Direct communication with your contractor can be included when you authorize it and the scope is agreed in advance.
Support can include scheduled check-ins and reviews of estimates, change orders, payment requests, progress photos, and schedule concerns, plus help preparing questions for your contractor. Instead of booking each question separately, agree on ongoing support for your project.
Project packages and monthly arrangements are quoted individually. Mike confirms the included reviews, calls, contractor communication, response times, and fee before payment. Your contractor remains responsible for the schedule and work. This is advisory support, separate from the Homeowner Membership; it does not include project management, site supervision, inspection, certification, or payment approval.

How to get started
Send a project request. Mike confirms suitability, scope, price and timing before you receive a Shopify payment link. Once payment is verified, arrange your consultation, lesson or written review.
Open hours: 7am–7pm Eastern, seven days a week. Appointment availability and turnaround are confirmed individually.
